30-Day Free Returns

We proudly offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.
  • The product should be unused or only lightly used.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included parts should be returned whenever possible.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Items Not Eligible

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items (when clearly marked)
  • Products damaged through misuse, abuse, or improper installation

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the package

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply.
